Data Analytics Specialist
In August 2026, Simi joined the Leif Associates team, bringing with her a strong foundation in healthcare analytics. After earning her M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2024 and Simi went on to join the State of Nevada, where she supported Medicaid programs through the analysis of healthcare claims data. Through this experience, she gained valuable insight into the complexities of the Medicaid landscape.
Simi is excited to continue building on her analytical experience at Leif Associates while deepening her knowledge of actuarial science. She hopes to pursue her ASA designation and further develop her understanding of how data and analytics can help inform meaningful decisions in healthcare.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures. Over the past three years, she has visited five countries and especially enjoys the opportunity to learn from new experiences and gain fresh perspectives along the way.
