Dave Sigley, FSA, MAAA
Consulting Actuary
Dave has over fifteen years of experience in the health insurance industry. His areas of expertise include rate development for fully insured and self-funded medical and dental plans, product development, stop loss product pricing, data analysis, reserve calculations and valuation of post retirement health benefits. His consulting clients have included insurance companies and HMOs, local governments, school districts and private employers. Dave takes a lead role on a variety of actuarial projects due to the depth and breadth of his actuarial experience.
Prior to joining Leif Associates, Dave held actuarial positions at Great-West Healthcare, Cigna and Delta Dental. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts degree in Actuarial Science from Ball State University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
