James Snowden
Data Analyst
Leif Associates was excited to welcome James to the team in December of 2021. After completing his BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016, he accepted a position as a data analyst with XiMED Medical group in La Jolla, California. There he established a solid foundation and became familiar with the inner workings of the healthcare system over the course of five years.
James’ main responsibilities at Leif Associates comprise of data and report validation, IBNR spreadsheet preparations, and assistance with the development and maintenance of new reports. However, he stands ready and willing to assist his team with any ad-hoc projects that may arise. Through his fervent determination to continually develop his analytical skillset, James discovers innovative ways to improve our reports and processes.
Outside of running queries and reviewing reports, James enjoys playing music and spending his time outdoors hiking and exploring his favorite national park, Yosemite.
